It was a dead tree - 2

Year 2022

Water color, and pen on 100% cellulose, cold pressed 300g/m2 19×24 cm paper

This work was inspired by a tree I saw in the university of Zürich. This one is a second part of the series. It was a big dead tree that looked upside down. I gazed at it so as to remember it forever. This is my version of the tree and its surroundings.

It was autumn. The surroundings were all orange and brawn. The word written over the painting is "jeewan"that means "life"in hindi. It is ironic because the tree which is dead now, was alive some day. Even if it changed its face, and lost the leaves. The naked  branches were looking beautiful and giving the tree a different meaning.
